These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ehjouz.com (the "Site") and the booking services provided by Ehjouz ("Ehjouz," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Using Ehjouz
Ehjouz provides appointment booking software for service businesses in Lebanon (each, a "Business") and their clients ("End Customers"). Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of the services, pricing, availability, and policies they publish through Ehjouz, and for fulfilling appointments booked through the Site.
2. Accounts
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems.
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through the booking system or contact forms.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation, including through spam or automated abuse of forms.
4. Bookings and Payment
Appointments booked through Ehjouz are reserved online; payment is currently handled directly between the Business and the End Customer at the time of service, unless a Business states otherwise. Ehjouz is not a party to that payment transaction.
5. Cancellations
Cancellation and rescheduling policies are set by each individual Business. Contact the Business directly for their specific policy.
6. Service Availability
We aim to keep the Site available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, and we'll try to give reasonable notice of significant changes where practical.
7. Intellectual Property
The Ehjouz name, logo, and Site design are the property of Ehjouz. Businesses retain ownership of their own content (service descriptions, images, business information) uploaded to the Site.
8. Limitation of Liability
Ehjouz provides the booking platform "as is." We are not responsible for the conduct of Businesses or End Customers, the quality of services booked, or disputes arising between them. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ehjouz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site for any account that violates these Terms.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
